Finally gave into a good long nap thanks to the rhino ride!

This year for the 4th we went camping at Vernon Reservoir with Daren, Tina, kids, Ron, Elaine, grand kids, Daren and Tina's friends, and Elaine and Ron's friends. We had a great time except the MilLIoN(ok maybe not that many) bug bites. This is where we think Jeff got West Nile Virus from. We all were sick after this trip. The trip was fun though good weather, great family and friends, and of course great camping food and relaxation. This is the first time we took the rhino out and it was fun. It was nice to go to the local town store with the kids in tow for a nice ride!

Dear Days of no schedules,

We are going to miss you! Waking up on our own, popcicles, hot weather, pools, sunburns, friends, picnics, riding bikes, staying up late, playing night games, camping, four wheeling, motorcycling, etc...are all gone, bye bye. We are not ready for it to be done but life has to go on and I guess the kids need to learn something! We will be eagerly anticipating and waiting until next time. In the meantime treat us well and wait for us we will be back!

Happy Birthday to you...cha cha cha... (He loves that part!)

Nate's 3rd birthday...soo sad that my baby is 3! Nate started a little sad, but as soon as he realized that he had presents that was it! He was so excited and he loved all of them! After he opened his presents we headed to Kangaroo Zoo for some fun on the slides and bounce houses. We invited Nate's friend Ethan and went as a family. It was perfect we had the place to ourselves minus a few energetic teenagers. We jumped, slid, climbed, ran and wore ourselves out! Then we headed home for some huge cupcakes...mmm mmm good! I think he had a GrEaT BiRtHDaY! Nate is such a fun boy we love him sooo much. He keeps things interesting around here and keeps us on our toes! He loves to play with his brothers and friends. He loves to ride is bikes(plasma car he got for his b-day, 3 wheeler with no seat, and his Lightning McQueen car), jump on the trampoline, play in the sandbox, go camping and just be outside. He likes just about any food and loves juice. He still LoVeS animals and being silly like his big borther Carson. He is always trying to keep of with the boys and LoVeS them very much. He definitely has a mind of his own and he uses it to the fullest! We LoVe our NaNa!
