crashing a wedding...

CHEESE!

Carter would not look at me
Having fun with that tree Jeff?
There is no chance at trying to practice some poses with Jeff around! Impossible!

Not Happy, Not Happy at ALL!

Playing Army

Serious
There he is :)

There are bunny's all around the top of the amphitheater so the kids had fun chasing them!

ok we didn't literally crash a wedding, but it was close! So I wanted to check out the amphitheater by the Timpanogas Temple to take some pictures and when we got there it was reserved for a wedding. Well since we were there I wanted to check it out and it seemed to me people were just setting up for the wedding. So we decided to walk around the outside of the amphitheater(above where the wedding was to take place) and see what was available. We were above the amphitheater and my kids being kids were loud and playing army. Well much to my surprise as I catch up to them I hear someone talking...hmmm sounds like wedding vows! I hush them and realize the wedding is happening as we speak...gasp! Shhhhhhhhhhh! As quickly and quietly as I could I rounded the boys up and pushed them up the hill away from the wedding. I feel horrible! I didn't realize the wedding was about to happen or we would have just left and checked it out another day. I am just sticking with the thought in my head that no one heard us and we didn't ruin anything!

Carter's first soccer game

#2

This was Carter's first soccer game of the season and boy was he on fire this year! He LOVES soccer. He plays at school recess all the time. I remember going to get him from school one day last year and the playground attendant knew exactly who he was and where he was...on the field playing soccer! He is getting very good ball control and his coach put him in forward position. He did a FANTASTIC job. He did get to try goally, but he only liked it because he got to drop kick the ball. I think we are going to try to put him in a league this spring and see how that goes. He is getting very quick as well. That little skinny boy can run! Great job!

Ammon's first soccer game

#3

Poor girl, just realized where her hand is!

This was Ammon's first year playing soccer and he LOVED it! He was so fun to watch. He was more into flying with his arms, running with his arms in his shirt, looking at who knows what...not the ball and you name it, but he was in heaven! He had such a great time just being out on the field and every once in a while he kicked the ball. This first game was the most aggressive or in the middle of the pack that he got! I will post more pics of his amusing positions and obliviousness(is that even a word?) to the game. LOVE IT! Cracked us up!
